Welcome to Woodhouse Kennel Club
Woodhouse Kennel Club is a relatively small, new club in West Virginia. Around for less than a decade, we have gone from being run out of the guest bedroom of one of our founders’ homes to having our own space with five square acres of space totally dedicated to work with canines. We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgeable staff, and our ability to reach out to our community and put together quality, family-friendly events, bringing a little bit of Westminster to West Virginia.
We also pride ourselves on what we have chosen to not bring from Westminster to West Virginia. Rather than focusing on a dog’s looks, we consider it our responsibility to increase a dog’s quality of life, focusing on performance and reward. We also include mixed breed canines in all our events that are not sponsored by national clubs, as these clubs usually do not recognize non-purebred breeds.
We know you will find us passionate about what we do, but laid back enough to accomplish our goal of showing our community what we think are the best methods for keeping your dog and yourself happy and healthy for years to come.
